I offer a blend of mindfulness and somatic practices within a traditional psychodynamic framework. My approach is also deeply informed by Buddhist principles—emphasizing presence, compassion, and the capacity to meet each moment with clarity.

What Sessions Look Like
A typical session often includes gentle breathing and mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation and cultivate everyday presence—not just in session, but throughout your life.
I tailor individual mindfulness and meditation practices to meet your specific needs, and offer them as optional supports between sessions if desired.

My work is further informed by attachment theory and Emotion-Focused Therapy (Johnson), with a focus on healing attachment trauma.
