Group classes are offered in a charming, relaxing yoga studio located in Efrat, Gush Etzion. These classes have a warm, inviting atmosphere with personalized attention. There are multiple weekly classes available, in varying levels. Class sizes are kept intentionally small - between 5 and 8 students. Sessions include additional warm touches not commonly found in other places! Such as a pampering savasana/meditation, essential oils, shiatsu-based relaxation adjustments, and more.
Prices: 50nis/per session with monthly sign up, 55nis/per session with a 10-class pass, 65nis/pay-as-you-go single session.
